Legally Binding Agreement

This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between BEINTR – Bhumi Elixirs Institute of Naturopathy Training & Research (“the Institute”) and the student/applicant (“the Student”).

By accessing this website, submitting an application, enrolling in any course, or making payment (online or offline), the Student agrees to be bound by this Policy.

No Refund, No Cancellation, No Transfer

All fees paid to the Institute, including but not limited to admission fees, registration fees, tuition/course fees, examination or certification fees, study material fees, workshop fees, and any other charges, are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under all circumstances.

Once payment is made, no refund, reversal, or adjustment shall be permitted.

Waiver of Refund Rights

The Student expressly waives any right to claim a refund for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances
• Medical, health-related, or family reasons
• Inability to attend online or offline sessions
• Late joining, partial attendance, or early withdrawal
• Dissatisfaction with curriculum, faculty, or teaching methods
• Failure to complete or qualify the course

Non-attendance shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

No Adjustment Against Future Courses

Fees once paid shall not be adjusted, transferred, or credited toward any future courses, programs, batches, or services offered by the Institute.

Course Modification & Institutional Rights

The Institute reserves the right to modify course content, syllabus, faculty, schedule, delivery mode (online/offline), or structure at its discretion. Such changes shall not entitle the Student to any refund or compensation.

Force Majeure

The Institute shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, lockdowns, or other force majeure events. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, opportunity, or expected outcomes. No guarantee of employment, income, or certification recognition is provided.

Payment Gateway & Chargeback Policy

The Student agrees not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or reversals through banks, payment gateways, or digital platforms. Any such attempt shall be treated as a breach of contract, and the Institute reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

Consumer Dispute Acknowledgment

The Student acknowledges that educational and training services are subjective in nature and that dissatisfaction does not constitute a deficiency of service under applicable consumer protection laws.

Digital Acceptance & E-Consent

Online payments, electronic forms, and digital interactions constitute valid electronic consent and acceptance under applicable Indian laws.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.
